Cancellation Policy
The Little Spa requires a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a fee.
Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to such a fee (50% of the scheduled service).

While we understand things happen in life, missed appointments take compensation away from our skin specialists and also takes opportunity away for another booking to fill that slot. We do our best to avoid using this policy, and ask that you remain compliant.
